My name is Jessica Hodges. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Certified Substance Abuse counselor in the state of Virginia. I am a bi-lingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Perinatal (Pregnancy & Post Partum) Mental Health Specialist. I have experience working with adults, teens and families dealing with issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, work/life stress, adjusting to life transitions, etc. I have ample experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and ages, both in community mental health and in private practice.

Nice to meet you! My name is Joseph Autry and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 8 years of experience. I have worked with clients with anxiety, depression, substance use, personality, mood regulation, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, PTSD, eating disorders, and problems with trauma. I will often use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy are forms of therapy I usually like to use as well. Nicolas Queen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia with 6 years of experience working with clients seeking help addressing depression, anxiety, adjustment to life events, trauma, and other mental health issues. He is open to working with adults and teens. Nicolas completed his Master of Social Work at West Virginia University.

I've engaged in mental health services approximately 15 years and have been counseling about 8 years. I am a solution focused therapist that utilizes a person centered approach.
