Often, the work is getting back in touch with your Self in a deeper way—like re-calibrating your inner compass. My understanding of counseling comes from holistic, somatic and trauma-informed approaches that incorporate mind, body, and soul such as Somatic Experiencing, Jungian, IFS, transpersonal, mindfulness and social justice oriented. I am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and NARM Therapist. IFS (Internal Family Systems) in level 3. Trained in Psychedelic work. Sex therapy certificate from UofM. Somatic Sex certificate from Modern Sex Therapy Institute. A second MA in Jungian psychology. Starting Phd in psychology fall of 2024. Check out my website for more details.
