I believe the client knows themselves the best, yet sometimes we get stuck in patterns that are unhelpful for us, and sometimes we need support in getting un-stuck to move forward in life. I listen from a non-judgmental place so you will feel heard, understood, and know that you have meaningful support. I want my clients to feel that they can be their authentic selves and for them to flourish in all the ways imaginable.

I have 30+ years experience working in Mental Health. I'm a graduate of KU School of Social Welfare and have vast experience working with diverse clients. In my practice, I work to empower clients to reach their goals. I use problem-solving, positive therapeutic approaches "in partnership" with my clients to reduce co-dependency, depression, anxiety, stress, relationships and parent/child issues.

The experience of grief can be overwhelming, isolating, and confusing. Linda specializes in grief/loss/trauma/PTSD/suicide. Linda’s professional work addresses the individual needs of those experiencing Anger Issues, Anxiety, Chronic Pain, Chronic Impulsivity, Coping Skills, Depression, Divorce, Life Transitions, Relationship Issues, Self-Esteem, and Sexual and Identity Issues. My philosophy in working with individual, couples and families is to provide a safe environment that enable individuals feel free to express their emotions, feelings and work at solutions, conflicts stress and life changes. I work from a strengths perspective and family systems theory. I have experience with ages 10 to 90. Some of my areas of expertise are Grief and Loss, Sexual Addictions, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, and PTSD, Sexual, Emotional and Physical abuse. Drug and Alcohol Assessments, SASSI, ASI, KCPC, Individual and Group Therapy for Addictions.

Meghan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that to have a successful outcome in therapy, the client and therapist must first build a strong rapport.
