My job is to learn about each individual, partner, or family member, to understand their challenges and help them find strength and motivation towards change. Whether I am working with couples, families, or individuals, it is important for our work to consider the multiple larger systems that impact your life. Just as the networks we are a part of inevitably affect us, we too send ripples out to others.
At times life feels unimaginably hard. Yet, when we work through challenges, it feeds our spirit and leads to fulfillment. Challenges allow growth.
