I have over 30 years of experience specializing in a variety of adult issues for individuals and couples. I also have experience counseling individuals with physical disabilities.
I use both cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapies to assist in life transitions, relationship conflicts, depression, anxiety, obsessive/compulsive tendencies, grief/loss, cultural differences and career/job stress.
