I specialize in working with emotionally-distant couples, improving communication difficulties around such topics as trust and communication issues, parenting, finances, and sexual issues. I help people who may struggle with depression and anxiety, addictions, and compulsive sexual behavior such as chronic extramarital affairs and their effect on trust .
I take an active role in your counseling. This allows me to meet you at the place you are in a fashion that is comfortable and effective. I focus on creating an environment that reflects friendliness, effective listening and direct feedback, a sense of humor, in a helpful, non-judgmental manner. I also provide video and phone therapy.
