With more than 20 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in the treatment of individuals, couples and families to assist with relationship issues, post traumatic stress disorder, grief and loss, trauma and substance abuse. I provide a safe and nurturing environment that ensures the provision of high quality, personalized therapeutic care.
I have been working as an addiction specialist since 1996, helping individuals and their families to recover. With extensive training in EMDR, I can help individuals who suffer from trauma quickly relieve emotional distress, reformulate negative beliefs and reduce anxiety. My primary goal is self empowerment, build self esteem and self-confidence.
My approach is positive, encouraging, and collaborative. Together we will work to break unhelpful thought and behavior patterns and find new ways to grow and thrive as your own person. I accept all PPO insurance plans as an Out of Network Provider.
