We all find ourselves feeling stuck sometimes. I believe that we develop ways of handling things from past experiences and when those things stop working, we struggle to find another way to handle the situation. I work with clients to identify where we learned our behaviors and how to adjust our mindset and actions so that we get the outcome we want. I work with clients through life transitions and help to build self confidence in our ability to live the life we want to be living. Everyone should be able to live the life they want to live, I want to help you figure out exactly what that is and how to get there.
I have a very laid back, conversational approach. I will be there to support you through your tougher times and help guide you towards your goals. Whether you are a new parent struggling to adjust, or grieving the loss of a person or situation. I can help you navigate the changes in your life.
We all have struggled with highs and lows of life and at times we need someone to be there with us as we go through it. I can provide that safe, judgement free environment to help you process things and move through them. Currently I am offering telehealth or in person services.
