4) Choose wise goals for one's life - goals which balance challenge and attainability and which will provide a platform of greater ability and well-being for themselves and others.
5) Pursue goals effectively: balancing persistence and flexibility, thinking clearly about the best steps toward one's goals, and resolving emotional obstacles which interfere with the effective pursuit of those goals.
