I have specialty training in treatment for recovering from trauma/abuse. I have been trained to work with a wide range of mental health issues, but every client is unique. If you choose to work with me, I will do my best to tailor the treatment to your specific needs and goals.
I work to help people recognize and change unhealthy thought patterns and behaviors, gain insight, and maximize personal potential. In individual sessions, I integrate evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques with traditional psycho-dynamic treatment approaches. I am in-network with most Horizon, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Omnia plans.
