I see a lot of people who struggle with various things. Relationships, career, faith, the past, trauma - you name it, I've probably helped someone with it. All of these people have one thing in common - they want to be free so they can pursue the life they want to live. That may mean working through a process of reconciliation with someone, getting a promotion, learning new skills, growing spiritually, quitting something, or starting something. I enjoy helping people work through these sorts of things and becoming the person they always wanted to be.
We'll start with present issues, and from there will explore the past, how it affects you today, and what to do about it. We can use various tools: trauma therapy, CBT to change unhelpful thought patterns, reconciliation protocols for damaged relationships, 12-step tools, DBT strategies for unhelpful emotions, and whatever else we need to address issues.
