About
Are you constantly feeling anxious, unhappy and overwhelmed? Do you experience intrusive thoughts, intense emotions and often feel that your emotions and thoughts take over? Are you going through a change in your life right now or confused about where you are heading and would like some guidance from a professional? I know how hard it is to make that first phone call and reach out. I offer individual therapy via Telehealth. I am here to help and support you along this process. Hope is right around the corner.
My background is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I offer individual therapy sessions for adults. My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues but I have experience working with people that have had grief, emotional dysfunction, life transitions, and relationship conflicts.
I encourage all my clients to take their time and consider their options before deciding to schedule with me again. You're always welcome to send me an email with questions you may have!
