About
You're motivated to make a change. You may be confused about where to start, or if the change is even possible. You're seeking support as you transition through a difficult moment in life. Or perhaps, you've already made the difficult transition and you can't figure out how to return to "normal". I specialize in helping people overcome anxiety, improve self esteem and decrease symptoms of depression, process simple and complex trauma, and to change their thoughts and feelings in order to live a more happy and fulfilled life. You want to come to therapy because you want to live a more fulfilled life.
I offer a warm, welcoming space where you will be met with honesty and positivity. I offer individual, couple, and family therapy sessions. I am trained in trauma focused modalities, as well as methods to help people cope with feelings of anxiety and depression. I specialize in person centered modalities that allow you to direct the session.
You are not alone, you deserve to see the change you want to see. Coping with these feelings alone can be overwhelming. I want to be there to bear witness to the great things that you will achieve. I want to support you in your journey as you accomplish every goal. I want you to know that you matter, you are capable, and you are worthy.

Soliloquy Therapeutic Services's Groups
Restoring Our Self-Esteem (ROSE)
A weekly online workshop for Black women to collectively build positive self-perception. Facilitators provide evidence-based esteem building activities for group members to engage with one another and their own internal dialogues followed by discussion and planning for the week to come. Ideal group members are Black women who have developed critical internal dialogue leading to feelings of inadequacy and insecurity. This group is here to remind you that you are valuable, worthy, and enough.
