If you're a high-achieving woman stop scrolling! We support the people who support everyone else. If you're tired of carrying it all alone, let us carry the load with you.
We're a team of heart-centered, culturally-attuned therapists and coaches that work with high-achieving women, new mothers, couples struggling with communication, pre-marital counseling, parenting support, and more.
We will help you find the right match, all you have to do is tell us what you need!
(We do not take insurance due to ethical boundaries, however, we take FSA, HSA, Loveland Vouchers, and will provide a Superbill for Out-of-Network benefits)

I help individuals with relational trauma, perfectionism, self-acceptance, and work through mental and emotional barriers to heal, and be at peace with themselves. My clients are often high-achieving or ambitious, but have a hard time celebrating or accepting themselves. They are often leaders or pillars in various spheres, but wrestle with self-sabotage and imposter syndrome. They may also experience anxiety and a sense of hopelessness surrounding their triggers, but ready to do the work to move towards wholeness.

My ideal client is the one who looks like they have it together — but internally feels stretched thin. You’re tired of anxiety that won’t power down. Tired of carrying responsibilities while quietly wondering, “Is this really what life is supposed to feel like?” Maybe you’re burned out. Maybe you’re functioning — but not flourishing. Maybe you’re showing up saying, “I don’t even know what’s wrong… I just know this ain’t it.” You don’t need clichés. You need a space where you can ugly-cry, overthink out loud, or say the quiet parts — without shame.

Life can be overwhelming and for many, traumatic events stifle holistic growth and wellness. Most people desire to live lives that are fulfilling and successful, complete with passion and passion. The "overcoming" is one of the greatest achievements any person can hold and that is what Brittney works with clients to attain.

Feeling overwhelmed does not always mean something is wrong. Many young adults find themselves carrying constant stress and anxiety while trying to meet the demands of work, relationships, and major life changes. Even when life looks stable, it can feel difficult to rest, slow down, or feel present. Often, people come to therapy because holding everything together has started to feel heavy and unsustainable. What they want is relief, clarity, and a way to move through life with more steadiness and ease.

I work with individuals and couples, including those in non-monogamous, queer, and kink-affirming relationships. You may have felt different or misunderstood in your identity, your neurodivergence, your desires, or the way you connect. You might be exploring non-monogamy, kink, or parts of your sexuality that feel hard to talk about. You may also be navigating grief, autism, ADHD, or old wounds that make it challenging to feel safe, valued, or fully seen in relationships.
