We are a group of Licensed Clinicians with Solaris Counseling Services. We have a passion for working with individuals who have experienced trauma, intense anxiety, and identity confusion. Our therapeutic approach integrates multiple theoretical frameworks such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and reality therapy, based on each clients' individually voiced goals in treatment.
We have experience providing mental health counseling to individual and couples. Issues typically addressed include anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, mood disorder, and more. Novella Moffitt has completed Level 3 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. We provide in person services in Crestview, Florida.
We each strive to develop a therapeutic relationship consisting of trust, compassion, and collaboration in an effort to create an environment in which healing, self-discovery, and growth can occur.
