Hi there! I have experience providing counseling for adults with anxiety, depression, life transitions, suicide ideation, increasing self-image, trauma, relationship issues and grief. I have a passion for supporting individuals by helping to identify their personal strengths and positive qualities. I encourage clients to express their feelings, express their needs and be their true selves!
I aim in creating a space to support the needs of people from diverse cultures, ethnicities, sexual orientations, religions, genders traditions and values. My therapeutic techniques can include SFBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-centered therapy. I feel joy in creating a space for my clients to feel safe, thrive, and be their most authentic self.
