I work with youth, teens, adults, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, trauma, and relationship challenges. I specialize in supporting individuals facing anxiety, mood concerns (including bipolar disorder), derealization/depersonalization, and the emotional pressures of growing up. I work with women trying to understand codependent relationship patterns and eldest daughter syndrome. I also help couples heal from infidelity and disconnection using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Lastly, I enjoy helping couples through the process of premarital counselling.
My approach is warm and nonjudgmental. I mainly work with Emotionally Focused Therapy and elements of IFS, CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, EMDR and Solution-Focused work. My background in youth and young adult mental health research has shaped my deep respect for the complexity of pain and the courage it takes to ask for help.
I aim to empower clients to change harmful patterns, strengthen relationships, and improve their ability to form healthy emotional connections. I view therapy as a powerful catalyst for change, hope, connection, and growth, and I look forward to helping you along in your healing journey.
