Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or unresolved trauma? These are just a few areas of expertise. My philosophy in counseling is about engaging the client, assisting with goal setting, and encouraging ongoing work outside of sessions, to achieve maximum benefits. I believe that feeling expression, focusing on strengths and learning empowerment make the client successful. I will be with you every step of the way to work through any struggles that arise. My passion is helping individuals and couples find their way in life by developing healthy coping mechanisms.
I offer sessions in-person and via telehealth. I have a certification in trauma. I have worked with all populations with a great deal of experience in relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and adolescents/young adults. I am an LGBTQ+ provider and a supporter of the community.
