Hi, as a mental health healer, I want you to know that I see you and I am here for you. I work with adults from diverse walks of life with various concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, life transitions, women’s issues, grief and loss, acculturation/assimilation distress, and other challenges. My goal is to remain transparent throughout the entire process and provide you with the language and knowledge so that you can better understand what you are going through, where it is coming from, and how to move forward in life with peace of mind.
I have training in Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational, Dialectical, Mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment, Solution Focused, Family, and Systems therapies. I work to create a safe space to give you the undivided attention you deserve, prioritize your healing, and adjust the therapy approach to make your care as individualized as possible.
