At Sol Therapy, the work is not only about managing symptoms, but about understanding yourself more fully. Together, we create space to slow down, explore what lies beneath the surface, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been overlooked, protected, or silenced over time. This approach is holistic, client-centered, trauma informed, and grounded in depth-oriented and expressive practices. While talking is an important part of therapy, our work may also include creative, playful and symbolic exploration, expressive arts therapies, helping access experiences that are not always easily reached through words alone.

Depth therapy focuses on addressing underlying issues rather than just treating surface symptoms. My practice offers a holistic, trauma informed approach where we work together to explore internal stressors, attachment styles, childhood wounds, and unconscious beliefs that may be impacting your present choices. Together we'll identify strategies to better navigate life’s challenges, such as grief and loss, divorce, trauma, relationship struggles, parenting, life or career transitions, relocation, acculturation, aging, menopause, empty nesting, retirement, family dynamics, feelings of being lost or lonely.

I am passionate about working with individuals who are seeking healing, restoration, and a deeper understanding of themselves. Many of my clients come to therapy after experiencing trauma, loss, relationship wounds, or seasons of feeling disconnected from who they are. With empathy, curiosity, and a trauma-informed approach, I walk alongside clients as they process their experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and rediscover hope. Healing is not about becoming someone new, it is about coming home to the person you have always been beneath the pain.
