Sol is a group practice of passionate and competent therapists and we provide therapeutic services to adults, teens and couples. At Sol we believe, like the sun, each day is a new opportunity to rise, to shine, to get a new chance and to be in the light instead of the darkness.
We provide tele-health and in person sessions in our office in Burtonsville, MD-conveniently located for our Maryland and DC clients. We also offer tele-health sessions for Florida residents.
We primarily work with issues of anxiety, depression, couples counseling and general concerns about life adjustment. In addition, our adolescent therapists specialize in ADHD, behavioral interventions and parenting skills. Sol is unique in that we not only offer individual counseling, but also group therapy, workshops and ADHD coaching for adults and teens.
