Hi there, I'm Soheila! I am impressed by the strength and resiliency of human beings and believe in their capabilities to make changes. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a PhD. in Clinical Psychology will be seeing you in person in my office to hear what brings you here, with empathy, compassion, and practical tools. I will help you to find relief from what is troubling you, holding you back, and build confidence in how you can achieve inner peace to overcome symptoms of what your struggles are.
Collaboratively we work together to tailor each session to your unique needs. Through the process of therapy, I will give you tools with their specific use so you can feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors, to feel in charge of your life with more ease in order to set goals and make plans for your future.
