I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, and those times in life where everything feels uncertain. I try to create a space where you can show up just as you are, without any pressure to have the right words or have it all together. In our sessions, you'll have room to say the things that are hard to say, and we'll work through them together, at your pace.
My approach is warm and collaborative. I'm genuinely curious about you as a whole person, not just the problem that brought you in. I pull from different approaches depending on what fits, including Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered care, and the Gottman Method for couples work. I also incorporate creative approaches like sandtray therapy and dreamwork.
For couples specifically, I work a lot with communication, rebuilding trust, and recovering from infidelity. Some of the hardest things two people can navigate. If you're in that place, you're not alone, and it's not too late.
