My approach to therapy incorporates a Christian worldview with a cognitive behavioral theoretical orientation (exploring one’s thoughts and beliefs). I view counseling as a collaborative effort to help clients recognize strengths, identify needs, understand conflicts, discover new options, set personal development goals, and make informed choices.
As a counselor, I will offer my support by being there, listening to the client's story, and providing empathetic reflection. Providing tools and guidance to help deal with anxiety, depression, negative self-talk, emotional regulation, and interpersonal communication, is essential for me as a counselor.

Developing Skills for Secure Attachment
This group will focus on women sharing experiences and building skills for a secure and healthy relationship. We will be using the book Attached: The New Science of Adult Attachment and How it Can Help You Find and Keep Love by Amir Levine and Rachel S.F. Heller. This group will be held online for 4-5 weeks. It will be a one time payment of $40 which includes that book. This group is for 18 and older adult women.
