Hi, my name is Sofia and I have 13 years of experience in the field of psychology and 8 years of experience in clinical counseling. I specialize in working with life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, PTSD, EMDR, OCD, LGBTQ+ concerns, marital stress, chronic health conditions, pain, women's issues, multicultural counseling, and athletes/sport psychology. I work with adults, youth, teens, couples, and families. My approach is compassionate, understanding, and nonjudgmental. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona, a Board Certified Supervisor (LPC-S), and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).

I am level II trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused (EFT) Couples Therapy, Existential Therapy, Mindfulness, and Multicultural Counseling.
