I am a bilingual therapist in English and Spanish. As an immigrant myself, I know how hard it can be to adjust to a new country, a new culture, a new language, and many other aspects. Are you currently adjusting to a new life event? Maybe you are dealing with intrusive thoughts, an addiction or anxiety that is preventing you from reaching your full potential.
