I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I especially enjoy working with OCD. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard treatment for OCD, to help clients gradually take their lives back from intrusive thoughts and compulsions. ERP can feel intimidating at first, but we move at a pace that feels supportive and collaborative.
In addition to OCD, I work with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, eating disorders, and relationship or interpersonal challenges. I see children, teens, and adults, and I adjust my approach depending on who’s sitting across from me. My style is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and down to earth.
I’ve had the privilege of working with people from many different backgrounds and experiences, and I do my best to honor each client’s identity and story. You are the expert on your life. My role is to walk alongside you, offer insight, and help you build the skills and confidence to move toward the life you want.
