I helped individuals suffering with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, Autism, ODD, PTSD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, and grief/ bereavement, etc. While, I have had experience working with clients ages 3-65, I am most passionate about helping children and adolescents. I have worked in co-occurring mental health and substance abuse settings, running parenting, domestic violence, and anger management groups involving both mandated and voluntary clients. I worked in school settings as well. I have also had experience providing career services, leadership development skills, and self-advocacy skills.
I specialize in children and Adolescent therapy. I believe in the eclectic theoretical orientation in order to meet the unique needs of each individual/family. I work on social skills, behavior management techniques, interpersonal problem-solving skills, building positive peer relationships, self-esteem, bullying prevention, and emotional awareness, etc.
