As a bilingual therapist from Mexico, I offer a safe space where you can to explore who you are and who you wish to become. We look at the different layers of your identity (e.g., your relationships, culture, gender, spirituality, and lived experiences) and how they impact the way you relate to yourself and others. I have a background in working with adolescents and adults who struggle with self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideation, as well as individuals navigating overwhelming emotions, and challenging family relationships.

I work with teens (14+), young adults, and older adults. I provide individual, family, and couples therapy. I graduated with a Master of Science in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University where I was a clinical trainee of the DBT Lab Program and received training at Columbia University Irving Medical Center in the ADBT and Columbia Day Program.
