Hi, I’m Sofia Huston, a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) providing therapy in Denver, Colorado for teens, adults, and couples who are ready to feel more grounded, connected, and confident in themselves. I’m especially passionate about supporting teens ages 13+ who are struggling with boundaries, friendships, dating relationships, identity exploration, self-esteem, anxiety, and the everyday stressors that come with growing up. I also work with adults navigating trauma, grief, major life changes, depression, identity concerns, and relationship challenges.
