Another goal of mine is to advocate for minorities groups, providing support for a population whose language barrier can get in the way to acquiring help.

comfortable to express, through the feeling of unconditional positive regard, empathy,
and compassion, to start the healing process and endure the hardships of life by
building resilience, cultivating new coping skills, exploring the connections between the mind, body, and emotions.
