About
We are all human, and as part of the human experience, we all encounter challenges at different points in our lives. Dealing with these challenges can be a difficult and complex process, and may provoke feelings of isolation and helplessness. Whether you are faced with issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship problems, or difficulty coping with change, I want to help facilitate a solution for you. My purpose is to help you succeed by providing you with the support and tools you need to overcome challenges and build a purposeful and enjoyable life for yourself.
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who uses an integrative approach to treatment, allowing for individualized, person-centered, and culturally conscious care. I work with individuals of diverse backgrounds and different ages, including adolescents, adults, and older adults.
I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), in addition to Family Systems and psychodynamic theory.
