As a licensed therapist extensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help adults, teens, and parents manage intense emotions and build healthier relationships. I work from a trauma-informed perspective, drawing from DBT, CBT, psychodynamic, and IFS-informed approaches. I also provide comprehensive DBT programs for teens and adults.
