I'm a firm believer in navigating our present through self-awareness, reflection, intention, healing, love, and mindfulness. I love helping individuals overcome life's challenges, learn new skills, and holding space for them to feel vulnerable, transparent, heard, and supported. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and families in settings such as schools, in-home, outpatient, inpatient, and private practice. My experience includes helping individuals with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, relationship issues, low self-esteem, gender identity and orientation.
Each treatment is individualized to best address your needs. I take an integrative approach, using interventions from modalities such as CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, person-centered therapy, and family systems therapy. I am now also offering clinical supervision to LACs seeking to obtain their clinical hours for licensure.
My goal is to help walk you through life's challenges, process how you're feeling, and gain insight into your relational and behavioral patterns in order to develop the necessary skills to improve your quality of life, relationships, and self-esteem.
