My goal is to create a warm, thoughtful, engaging, and supportive space where clients can deepen their self-awareness, overcome unhelpful patterns and anxiety, discover new perspectives, and ways of connecting with others. My background is rooted in a psychodynamic approach, but I use a variety of modalities based on what will work best for you specifically.
