Groups
Youth Mental Health
Five-week Group: from 07/20 to 08/17. This group is designed to promote emotional and overall health to the youth/teens. Sessions will be in person and some via Zoom. More importantly, it is FREEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!! Topics that will be covered: Depression, Anxiety, Selfcare, Self-talk, Anger, Isolation, Loneliness, Helpful and effective communication, Mindfulness and Yoga, and Making friendships/healthy relationships.
