Hello! My practice is rooted in a deep commitment to serving marginalized communities—including First Generation Americans, survivors of crime and abuse, LGBTQIA+ folks, immigrants and refugees, and those living with chronic pain and multiple disabilities. I’m honored to provide a space where you are deeply seen and valued, whether you are seeking individual, couples, or family therapy. Through a trauma-informed lens, I work collaboratively to center your lived experience, identify meaningful goals, and build a therapeutic relationship that reflects compassion, safety, and empowerment.

I understand that accessing care can come with barriers—so I adapt my approach with flexibility, creativity, and heart. Drawing from ACT, DBT, Narrative, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Psychodrama (with a healthy dose of humor), I support healing through behavioral change, mutual aid, and holistic practices that honor the full self.

I center equity and accountability in every aspect of my work. In addition to therapy, I provide Immigration Evaluations for Asylum, UVISA, VAWA, and DACA cases.
