Small Talk Wellness Retreat
A single-day wellness experience designed for attendees to relax, recharge, and reignite personal growth and well-being. Attendees will leave refreshed and renewed with practical wellness tools, and genuine connections to both the self and others. Attendees will foster authentic conversations with their peers on shared challenges and experiences. The Emerald Couch Wellness Retreat is an inclusive, health-based environment for all.

The Emerald Couch Book Club
Bibliotherapy is a therapeutic, creative arts modality that utilizes narratives and the reading of specific texts with the purpose of healing and improving mental health. Join us in-person at the Small Talk office or virtually for our 4-week discussion series. Group members will receive access to our online community, weekly discussion questions, and a gift by mail each quarter. *Must purchase own copy of book
