Do you keep finding yourself in relationships that hurt and can’t figure out why? Do you feel suffocated, act clingy, or feel empty and alone even in loving, stable relationships? Do you feel you have to be perfect in order to be loved? I can help you.

Our early, formative relationships have a big impact on how we relate to others and ourselves. If those relationships are somehow disrupted, whether by abusive, intrusive, absent, or substance-addicted caregivers, it can profoundly affect fundamental aspects of our sense of self and our ability to form satisfying relationships.

I treat with people relational trauma from an Interpersonal Neurobiological approach. I use brain research and biological/attachment principles to help you trust others, feel safe and secure in relationships, and build a greater sense of self-worth. I look forward to helping you create relationships in your life where you feel loved, safe, and secure.
