Trouble sleeping? I am a Stanford trained clinical psychologist who specializes in the evidence based treatment of insomnia and sleep problems. I have over a decade of experience in helping individuals, groups and organizations learn strategies to sleep well at night and perform their best during the day. Appointments are available for California residents via secure virtual/video visits, in person at my sleep health clinic in San Francisco, CA and at the Facebook Health Center where I manage the sleep health program providing treatment, classes, and consultation designed to optimize sleep, performance and mood.
