Hi I’m Mallory. I help people who wish they felt confident and connected but never quite feel like they are good enough or know where they fit in this world. As your therapist, I will help you learn to identify your unhelpful ways of thinking and unhelpful behavior patterns so that you can change the way you feel. My hope is that you will learn more about yourself and begin to enjoy life. I also offer EMDR, an exciting type of therapy that will help you overcome distressing life events.
