The commonality in my therapeutic work is a desire for change. My role as a counselor is to work with you to figure out what works and what doesn't. As an EMDR trained therapist, I use an integrative approach, combining strength-based, solution-focused, and person-centered work in order to define, explore, and achieve your goals, whatever your goals may be.
