Asking for help can sometimes feel overwhelming. As a client-centered and strengths-based clinician, it is my goal to make that process feel comfortable and safe. I believe that the client is the expert and I am a resource to help guide and process challenging life experiences and uncover new skills to manage those stressors. I especially enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adults to overcome anxiety while promoting positive self-esteem.
I also work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and interpersonal conflicts. I use a combination of techniques catered to each client’s specific needs, which sometimes includes play therapy, mindfulness, CBT, psychoeducation and somatic therapy (understanding the relationship between mind and body).
