I use an integrated approach in my therapeutic relationship with my clients. I am certified as a Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider so will want to explore all areas of your healthcare and daily habits that could be effecting your mental health. I believe healing happens when we are able to connect to our true selves: spiritually, emotionally, physically and socially. I am interested in you as a whole person. I will want to know about your sleep, diet, exercise relationships, etc. I am also certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional and use evidence based practices including EMDR. I work very closely with Veterans.
I offer guided meditation and let my clients decide if they would like to add this in their session. I incorporate Ayurvedic philosophies into my practice and will often recommend adding certain items to your diet and/or daily routine to optimize mental health and well-being. I also help people integrate psychedelic experiences.
