I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Addiction Counselor. I use evidence-based and emerging therapy models to support my clients in building resilience, overcoming challenges and developing the skills to live a rich and meaningful life. I work with adolescents ages 14 and older as well as adults. My approach is client centered, compassionate and practical.
I specialize in trauma and addiction, and also work with anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship challenges. I have a breadth of experience and training which includes EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Addiction Counseling, Mindfulness, Parts Work and Somatic interventions. I have extensive experience working with high risk teens.
