I am a client centered therapist, and use therapeutic interventions for positive living and a more fulfilled life. I specialize in women's issues ( parenting, job re-entry, divorce, empty nest, aging parents, post partum depression.) I am experienced working with clients who have anxiety, depression, family issues, divorce and grief . I also enjoy working with teenagers in the areas of anxiety , depression and behavior/lifestyle modification. That is why I provide an ease about coming to therapy and attempt to make my clients feel comfortable beginning this process. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults helping them get through difficult transitions in their lives.
