Anger Management-starting 11/7/23
Are you struggling to control your temper? Do small things trigger you? Would you like to respond instead of reacting in anger? Serenity Solutions will be running our Anger Management Group starting 11/7/23. You will learn 1) how to catch yourself when you are triggered so that you can decide how to respond instead of reacting in a way that you might later regret and 2) how to communicate your anger in respectful ways that feel good to you and the person you are communicating with 3) how to decrease triggers by learning how to manage your stress.
