We have an array of providers, all of whom have a specialization in helping those manage general mental health concerns. Evidence-based practices are prioritized as the preferred method of treatment, but all of our practitioners believe in the flexibility to accommodate the client's preferences and in activating the inner strengths of the client in creative ways. EMDR is the preferred method of treatment for trauma-focused therapy, but depth therapy is also available for those looking to fully understand their experiences. Group therapy services are scheduled throughout the year with offerings of MBSR, Mindful Self-Compassion, ACT, and process groups for enhancing growth around stress management and interpersonal relationships. CBT, Internal Family Systems, and Jungian methods are also used to help you manage difficult life circumstances and more chronic mental health challenges.
We help adults and adolescents through individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Providers also offer family-building consultations and psychological evaluations for those involved in assisted reproduction. Services are offered in-person and virtually based on patient preference.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
An 8-week, 2-hour group with optional 5-hour retreat for resilience-building and general stress reduction. This is offered as a class, so it can be beneficial to patients with mental health diagnoses and those looking for personal growth and resilience.

Process Group
A group of around eight people who meet regularly to find out more about who they are and what they would like to change in their personal lives and relationships with others. Guided feedback and process comments from groups members and facilitators move change forward, and as the group members build comfort with one another, the group creates a social micrososm for trying new skills and making change in one's personal life.
