My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, systems-focused, collaborative, and attachment and emotion-based through the use of different modalities and techniques such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, CBT, EMDR, and DBT. Some of the populations I work with include, but are not limited to, clients presenting with poor anger management, relational issues, OCD, anxiety, and trauma.
