I am a Licensed Certified Clinical Social Worker with 11 years of experience serving those experiencing concerns such as stress management, interpersonal and partnership dynamics, family stressors, ADHD and autism spectrum disorder, gender and identity, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and depression. My work in the field has included community mental health, school-based therapy, inpatient psychiatric social work, community outreach and advocacy, and group and family therapy. I favor a person-centered, strengths-based approach and am passionate about helping clients become self-empowered through their journey.

I received my Master of Social Work from Salisbury University. I shape treatment to each client and their self-determined needs but often incorporate the following therapeutic modalities: dialectical behavior therapy, trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment theory, and internal family systems.
